My response was serious. When people hit 1234 for 1 rep they're going to say they hit 1234

2 plate bench (100kg)
3 plate squat (140kg)
4 plate diddy (180kg)
I'm not sure if it's for 5 reps of for 1 rep though. I was aiming for 5x5 for each of those, seems easy.
