You took the 15g in one sitting? Fucking hell. If you DO wanna load up within a week, you are supposed to take 5g 3x a day, or 3g 5x.

lol you guys act like creatine is some kind of steroid. Sit the fuck down, best case scenario you will get a little pump from it during workout.

I also thought Creatine was some magical supplement until I started my first Dianabol Oral's cycle and made 5 times more gains with one cycle than I did with a year of creatine monohydrate.
