Food for getting Veeky Forums

What are you guys having for food? This is basically what I'm going to be eating for the next week along with some rice and eggs.

Let's see. Same as yours almost except I'd have bags of dried beans, and sweet potatoes instead of canned beans and baby potatoes.

Also, less broccoli and more spinach, both fresh and frozen

bredfast = oatmean +eggs
lunch = chicken and brown rice/veggies
dinner = apple+banana+greek yogurt+proton shake

I love them protein shakes.

Do you eat salmon, tuna, or cod?

>no sardines
Never going to make it

This reminds me gotta pick up some cans of fish. Somethimes I can find these at the dollar store.

>no cockroach milk

enjoy your no gains

I learned a new way to cook scrambled eggs and now I'm excited for breakfast.

>chiggen
>avocado
>rice
>some type of bean
>some type of fruit
>salmon
>protein shake with whole milk
>some type of veggie

Every fucking day.

Are sardines really good?

PSMF here (day 4)
how do i cook my boneless, skinless chicken breast? I have foil and an onion, can I combine? 250 deg F? 20 min? halp

inb4 i boil this chicken

Easily the best Veeky Forums food

What is this new way? I would like to try a new way to cook scrambled eggs too.

What is best?
>Sardines
>Tuna

>mfw i've never eaten oatmean for bredfast

>pantry essentials
>goes in the freezer

you're missing out man
every day starts off with half a litre of milk, about 125 grams of oatmeal, and 2 scoops of protein
switch up to protein flavour from time to time, so you never get tired of it

>Veeky Forums food
>no zucchini
dropped

Anyone else here who just bulks dirty?

I eat mostly crap, or maybe about 50/50 between home made and fast food, and just top everything off with a gainer everyday.

Omg man. Fuck off with your literal replies

Need some help Veeky Forums

Gf is tired of eating chicken and rice for dinner every night, I need more varied foods

Usually one night a week I'll cook some beef BBQ in the slow cooker for dinner but other nights during the week it's just an endless sea of chicken. I don't really mind but she's getting bored and tired of my shit.

I would cook up fish but she doesn't like seafood other than deep fried shrimp so salmon is a no-go. Does anyone have some tips on what to do to spice up the menu in a delicious but healthy way?

How much meat do you anons purchase for the week? Will buying in bulk and freezing it save me money?

My list last night

>eggs
>cottage cheese low fat
>nanners
>pears
>chicken breasts
>almonds
>granola
>spinach
>shredded turkey breast
>bags of frozen vegetables
>dried banana nut and berry trail mix
>probably other shit I can't remember
>TOTAL : 41 dollars

Am I gonna make it?

I used to dirty bulk
gained 15kg in the first 10 months
most of it was fat i would say 9kg of it was fat
cutting 9kg of fat aint that hard but I honestly think I wouldve made more gains eating clean

rethink ur strategy

>pic related
im still fat regretting dirty bulking

I can lose weight really easily, so that's never been a problem for me.

And I'd say more than 9 kg of that was fat, considering how hard it is to gain even 2-3 kg of muscle in a year.

I just can't see myself spending a fortune each day just so I can eat shit like this fellow right here.

well alrighties

i bought 10kg of chicken for 15 euros at some turk fella (netherlands)
oats
peanut butter
eggs
bag of brown rice
some fruit

thats like 30 euros i think this is only a tad more expensive than a big mac menu every other week

and yeh idk how much of it is fat im cutting rn

went from 68kg to 63kg and i still look fatty pic related was 64kg ish

i think 60kg and i should look not fat

You don't look that bad at all. Guessing this is your most flattering picture?

nah i think this is
look skelly af but kind of "lean" i guess

have a bunch more on my phone

Hey what's wrong with my list?

Breakfast: Oats, peanutbutter, banana

Lunch: Fish and milk

Dinner: Chicken with veggies

Repeat

Seems really dry, bland and healthy.

If you're going to eat chicken and pasta, at least make it good.

What's a good substitute for oats if I'm on a cut?
I find oatmeal too high in calories for cutting, but I need me some carbs or I feel dead all day. The protein is also pretty nice, so I find it really hard to switch from oats to some other carb source. Is there anything that has a decent amount of carbs and protein but not as high in calories?

Just lower the amount of oats you eat

veggies + 4 egg whites (1 yolk)

If your gf is tired of your discipline, dispose her.

Lol it is but that's what I enjoy eating. I'm not the kind of person that gets bored with food. I just eat it.

for cutting my current food is
breakfast:
250g of joghurt (0,1% fat) with some cranberries for flavor
black coffee
sometimes a banana

late lunch (usually around 2pm):
200g frozen fish like salmon, cod, tilapia, steamed
200g frozen broccoli or mixed vegetables, steamed
100g rice
hotsauce for flavor

dinner:
can of tuna

snacks:
another banana
couple almonds with lots of cayenne pepper
more black coffee

lots of water

on weekends the frozen fishpart of lunch gets replaced with turkey steak or prawns

i usually end up at 1200 cals and still feel full. but then again i am stuck with a deskjob atm and don't get much activity

love sardines, but only ever see the cans with oil in stores

Man I have got to be better at keeping my kitchen clean.

When things build up I become a bitch and go for take away.

Shit is expensive and kills gains, pray for me to gain strength anons

The only people I see eating that little are the elderly and little kids.

The key is keeping your dishwasher empty of clean dishes

I used to have this problem too, you just have to empty the dishwasher as soon as it's done running. It becomes really easy to just throw the dirty stuff into the washer and not let it build up

Plus grills love a clean kitchen, it shows you're mature

I highly recommend avocado

What about sardines with tomate sauce? They are gods food

why?

well i am 33 and sitting on my ass all day.

What can you eat/are you cutting or bulking right now?

tofu maybe? the problem is, most people don't know how to cook it to not make it taste like crap

Or maybe Seitan? It's a doughy fake-meat made from gluten.
75g protein and 15g carbs in 100g
It's easy to find in most chinese/asian supermarkets and tastes less bland than tofu. Also there's preshaped variations like chinese mock duck

Tuna is more versatile to cook with, and many people prefer the taste.
Sardines have more omega 3's, more micronutrients, and much less mercury/toxins than tuna. Most people I talk to don't like the taste, or can't stand the fact you eat them basically whole.

Jesus that looks disgusting

sure does.
I only get eat the steak shaped ones when i feel the craving for weird vegan shit

I guess I'm cutting (I want to lose about 15 pounds, I let my diet go for a couple weeks) so cleaner foods would be best

Breakfasts and lunches I've got covered pretty well, it's just dinner that's a problem.

How to tofu then?

Egg whites are good calorie/protein/filling combination, you can eat half a dozen for breakfast no problem. Egg whites don't cook so well by themselves, so add a yolk or two.

wish i knew, the one chinese restaurant i knew, where they managed to make it taste good closed

Probably salt and grease and soy sauce honestly

i tried that already, didn't help

Well the problem with tofu is not that it tastes bad, it just doesn't taste like anything

And if you're eating something as a main dish it needs to taste good

Tofu will taste like whatever you cook it with, I highly recommend using it in stews, stirfry, or soups.

Just make sure you boil it for 5 minutes after taking it out of the package.

Sounds good, thanks m8

Huh, I've been eating oatmeal with milk for breakfast since I was seven. I stopped adding a few teaspoons of sugar a few months ago.
