If I'm a short arm cuck should I bench with maximum legal bench width?

My concerns are shorter rom won't build as much muscle and I'll actually be limiting myself

My other concern is injury. I have a clean injury record with the bench and seeing as one day that's what I'll specialise in I'd like to keep it that way.

I think I finally learned how to stretch reflex out the bottom of the squat. I used to do them in a very controlled manner, so it was a slow descent and pretty weak out the bottom. Well, today I was already on the second part of squats (sheiko #30 W4D1) and decided to go just slow enough to to consider it a divebomb. AND THE SQUATS FELT WONDERFUL.

Yeah, it's what I'd imagine. I mean, I'm positive I can hit at least 100%, but I don't feel like I'm in a state where I can. How do you suggest I go about the mock meet? I've never gone around to doing one. In fact, I haven't ever done a serious 1RM test, only estimated one from 2RMs and 3RMs.

Familiarize yourself with the rules of your chosen fed. Take three attempts at each lift, preferably with someone judging you or by filming yourself. Do the lifts with commands if you feel like it or if youre going to compete soonish.

Yeah, try to do it as if it was an actual meet. Having your gym buddies max out with you on the same day makes it wayy better. Of course it's not an actual meet, so you can take a cheeky 4th attempt if you feel like it :^)

What do you guys do for mobility work?
I do band pullaparts and dislocates frequently throughout the day, then I also try to do a quick stretch routine before bed every night, but realistically about 4x a week.

Hamstring stretches all seem like they don't really work very well for me though, I'm really beginning to feel like my tightness is elsewhere and just seems like hammy tightness, because I've made 0 progress on hammy flexibility.

Also dislocates, lunging hip flexor stretch, stretch where I hold a counter or table or chair or something and hinge hard. Stretches my hams (look up PNF stretching) and feels good on my t spine. Hold the stretches until I actually feel loose rather than for a set time.
