I clean at home and work why do I have to do it in the gym too?

I OHP 55kg, what is the point of cleaning that for 3 sets of 1 rep when I could just save time and do it in a rack?

because your clean should be quite a bit higher than your ohp so it's not hard to clean that much

I'm not saying it's hard, I mean the opposite. Like why would I bother cleaning such low weight for so few reps?

so you dont have to use up a whole squat rack for an exercise that doesnt even need the safety bars..?

if you know how to clean, OHP'ing in the squat rack is pretty much as stupid as curling in the squat rack

Unless you've actually tried clean and press, you won't convince me otherwise, as I n have actual experience doing both ohp and clean and press
