I can ATG highbar squat 3plate, but I can barely front squat 2plate. They are just so damn weak.

seconding powerlifting shoes. absolute godsend if you don't have good ankle mobility. i got some adidas powerlift 2's for about $80, so not too expensive, they're nice and wide which is important for my bigass feet

Basically practice doing really deep, narrow ass to grass squats while holding on to something in front of you so you dont fall back, progressively make it harder
