What are your favorite exercises for triceps, /fit?

Dips and French press desu. Everything else is pretty gay

Tricep push downs

Skull crushers

Nah seriously, I love weighted dips

Was wondering if you guys can give me your opinion on this.

I'm doing PPL and on push day I'm doing db bench press, ohp, incline bb bench, and weighted dips (also some other shoulder isolations). I used to isolate the tris but recently stopped since all these exercises already hit the tris. Am I making a mistake or are these exercises enough for stronger tris? I'm only lagging on my ohp but I don't think that's attributable to the tris and more just weak shoulders.

Overhead dumbbell press and dips.

Also do rows and skull crushers but I hate them.

Overhead extensions. Many people forget these for some reason, but they hit the long head, which is the one that makes your arm look big from the side (just look at the picture)

bench dips are shitty imo,they're too easy and they damage the shoulder joint.i only do them because i dont have parallel bars.

I bought a rope handle to do tricep overhead extensions because I kept reading they were good for the long head.

Never felt it working desu.

Started dips, couldn't believe the tricep involvement.

How do you do your overhead extension?

One db, two db, ez bar, cable etc

I usually do skullcrushers, not really feeling the overhead extensions.

Dips hurt my shoulders, wish I could do them :(

close grip bench press.
Just hit 185 for 6 reps on it last Wednesday

do close grip bench press 2 sets heavy for tris.
aim for 7 or 8 reps.

that should be enough for tris on a ppl split
