What should I know about creatine?

Drink plenty of water and make sure it's mixed properly. Even if you don't feel thirsty, keep drinking water. Get micronised if possible. I haven't drank enough water in the past week, and I haven't had a shit since Monday morning. I think I'm gonna fucking die, brah.

The one in OP's pic has calories cause it has other shit in it. Six Star makes a decent regular (not mixed with other shit) creatine that's micronized nicely that I use and like. I tried creapure but it's less micronized and so it sometimes gives me stomach aches.

When I'm cutting hard, I never get
injured since I started. I used to tear up my shoulders when I cut.

NOW: You can get the same effect with a powerade with 15g of creatine in it if you take arginine preworkout, but this is cheaper.

How long before and after workouts should I take it.

You can take it right before, post, or right after. It doesn't really matter as long as you take it pre, or while you still have a pump. Your body may be fine with it or it may not be. I know some folks who end up getting the shits if they take it before.

I think I'm going to take it post just like my shake.Should I take both right after each other?

pray tell what the significance of fucking calories in creatine is unless youre taking one of those bullshit mixes since you cant hit macros on your own like a little bitch
