I need more testosterone

I am 32 years old and I feel that in the last 2-3 years my sex drive got lower, I gained a bit of fat and I am getting more lazy.

How can I raise my testosterone levels without using roids? Are there any supplements that are worth buying?

thankfully you can buy literal testosterone

read up on it at steroid.com

there are a million articles about this, but at your age you are probably also eligible for TRT which is a doctor controlled cycle, pretty good for men seeing as they often have low T as they age nowadays

Dont listen to these faggets, you dont want to mess up your natural testosterone producing thing and be reliant on test shots for the rest of your life.

Lose your fat, make muscle, lose the sugars, sleep well, do HIIT

Apparently TRT can make you infertile. Something to consider.

>Are there any supplements that are worth buying?
No, none. With the possibly exception of Zinc if you're diabetic or medically predisposed to low Zinc which in turn may affect test production.

>How can I raise my testosterone levels without using roids?
Plenty of easy ways, don't ever fall for the marketing or other bullshit. Things that are tried, tested and clinically proven to benefit your test:

>Daily Exercise-
The more often you are active and/or work out at low to moderate intensity, the more test you use and simultaneously the more test you produce over time. It's also worth noting that specific exercises affect test higher than others- Woodchoppers are something like 40% more effective than control. Squats/Deadlifts and other compound movements are equally great. Anything involving the legs and thighs and shoulders has also been shown to be more marked. Running uphill in particular too.

>Not following a retarded Veeky Forums diet and having a good diet in general
I'll be called a vegan shill for this, but vegetables are the fundamental key to good diet and should constitute the majority of what you eat. I don't advocate vegetarian or vegan diets because the efficiency of eating things like sardines and other healthy meats is just too great to ignore, but a good 70-80% of what you eat should be plant based and you should eat a LOT of healthy fats to increase test. This means nuts, seeds, legumes, fatty veg etc
Cut out, or cut back on red meat, processed dairy, processed/refined carbs and processed food in general. The studies and facts show how shit they are for you but in relation to test they fuck with your hormones, particularly estrogen and lutropin but other sex hormones too, and as we know inhibition of test via abundance of estrogen is a very common result of western diet because of lack of veg and too much processed meat and refined carbs

>Plenty of sunshine and good sleep
Sleep is where your test production happens, make sure you're getting

good quality sleep and plenty of sunshine (which in turn helps produce melatonin, inhibit cortisol, affect satiety, and plenty of other shit).

There're probably a few other things I'm not remembering but basically live like a Spartan: Eat almost all vegetables, work/train outside all day, get very relaxed and sleep well on your off day, repeat over time.

Really simple basic shit.

TRT sounds like a plan, anyone has any experience with it?

I have done HIIT but stopped it after 2-3 weeks.
I did the following:

- frog jumps for 20 sec then 10 sec pause
- burpees for 20 sec then 10 sec pause

I did this like 8 times.

Would this be suitable still? Obviously I would increase the number of loops I am doing.

Currently I am doing running (slow pace) for 25 min a week, doing weight exercises once a week and doing pull up, chin up training once a week.

what if plenty of sunshine is not an option?

I mean I live in an area which is pretty cloudy always.

I can be called out on these figures but bare with me

>40% of good testosterone is getting rid of the fat
>20% is getting more muscle mass

The rest are things like good sleep (still important), not doing reps till breakage but just stopping before that (otherwise your body will produce cortisol), eating enough carbs (does not mean that you should eat the modern unclean diet though, go for whole grains)

The HIIT thing does not exactly help I think, but it also does not detract. The HIIT thing is more like the "just before breakage" exercise, but then to cardio.

Your main focus however if you are fat is just cutting, and cutting will always kill your test if you do it beyond 10/20%. But you have no choice.

Or you can listen to the faggots on top of this thread and flood your body with garbage, so that it breaks down even further down the line, heck, its easy at least!

Eat well, sleep well, train like an animal. Cardio is no meme and will increase your sexdrive and endurance in the bedroom.

If you're gonna take supplements, limit it to zinc, magnesium and vitamine B12, but a proper diet will get you the same results. Stop watching porn and don't fap 3 times a day.

browsing high test threads is scientifically proven to reliably increase test in the long term

touching the butts of females is scientifically proven to be good for you and doctors recommend doing it daily.

If it doesn't affect your mood and sleep then it's probably not an issue.

Don't fall for supplementing vitamin D, it's pretty worthless from food/supplements. Consider a SAD Light/Lamp

Anyone tried Maca?
I hear it gives you godlike sexdrive.

It didn't do shit, its a meme.

There is nothing wrong with doing a small bit of test to keep your levels up as you pass 30, you're probably a retard for not doing so already

Doing steroids typically implies a much larger dose with other precautions to go far above what is natural

You will never significantly increase your test naturally, I'm sorry. Not more than it fluctuates normally.

what do you mean by " a small bit of test"? You mean I should inject test?

"I was just trying to increase my test, officer."

Taking 200mg of Testosterone Enanthate every week has drastically improved my quality of life. Don't ever let anyone shame you into beleiving steroids are for losers/cheaters. Take a risk, join the dark side. You might like it ;)

you should drink it

>you dont want to mess up your natural testosterone producing
All dependent on genetics, my man. Some bounce back, some come off worse, and others have their baseline test improved

Throw a dice

yes, damn, i was planning to get testosterone once i hit 35-40, but i want to have kids and have the possibility to breed thoughout my entire life.
:......(

just google "boost testosterone" you'd be surprised how fucking easy it is to find information on the internet

How important is sleep? Give me a rundown, I haven't slept for more than 6 hours a day for years and I'm 20 right now

Aromasin and Toremifene can raise your natty test level quite significantly.

Highly unlikely
