I ran it for a while back like a year ago and got to around 3 plate diddly and 2 on my squat, nearly got 2 on my bench also. I've found that I'm thinking 5x5 is kind of dead on me at this point, maybe doing stronglifts 3x5 with more accessories built in would help with progression too, but at this point I just need a routine.

why dont u stop powerlifting and train for hypertrophy now?

Hyper trophy training as a natty is a meme IMO. It should be done as an accessory to heavy movements
