I need your help. I would like to devise a morning workout routine that takes about 1/2 an hour that can be done in a reasonably small space - 15ft by 15ft and without weights or anything else.

Help needed urgently, will reward you with /k/ related pics and insults.

Flat Press with dumbells

Just google Bodyweight Routine on Google image and you will have plenty to choose from.

Pick one, do it every other day and progress by doing more reps or making the exercises harder, eg normal pusups to feet elevated push ups

One thing will be about as good as another, given the relevant constraints. You might try fucking about with kettlebells, though.
