I basically only train my legs and run so I feel you. The most arm workout I get is generally just picking up the weights to get them up above my head. My arms are so weak it's just the worst training them desu.

I don't mind working legs. The only thing that sucks is that I'm a waiter, so if I go too hard, work sucks.

I dread upper body day, i fucking hate shoulder workout, i would rather squat every day heavy if i wouldnt have to do shoulder work outs.

I've gotten to that point too. Just do squats, work up to a heavy 4 reps, back down then run. It's just not worth it
