Macros

I ate waaaaay to much sushi at an "all you can eat" place

I feel great but I'm only 2 weeks into my cut and then this happens

You're doing bad and you should feel bad.

Run about 5km to burn it off

I normally try to keep my carbs at 60g or less

Keto the rest of the week?

Keto the rest of the month Bitch.

This is a meme, right?

Its after 9 pm, go to bed without dinner and youre fine fag

Fast from solid food for breakfast and lunch tomorrow

Better than I on Friday.

Macros

what app is this?

This is bait, right?

Naw I actually went full out.
But when I do I still track as close as I can.

Honestly that's the highest I've hit, runner up was short of 9000.

Literally a once every two months thing.

EAT BIG GET BIG C'MON

Lose it
I was using Shealth but I have had multiple samsungs shit out on me and went back to an IPhone

Different user here I just downloaded it and was wondering if you are a premium member is it worth it?

Only reason I'd like to hop on gear is that I could probably eat like this all the time and not turn into a fat fuck.

As it is 5 weeks of this would apparently make me gain 85lbs of blubber.

But how?

Guess I'll screenshot the day
So start hereThen pic related

There's actually at least a half gallon of booze missing from this list now that I look at it, and most of the "dinner" section are likely underestimating calories since it was guesswork.

...

I have stuck with the free version
It seems the only benefit to premium is that you can go back to a previous date or foward for meal planning

Always over estimate
If u over estimate and cut it close eat a scoop of brotein

>all that fucking garbage
>all that fucking alcohol

Yeah it's no wonder you're some fatass triple chinned college kid.

Once in a blue moon kiddo, you can post yourself if you'd like.

I was drunk at that point and knew that it made no difference if I was hitting 15k calories or 12k.

Approximately every 3500 calories is equivalent to one pound (yes I know it varies heavily, but it's still a decent metric). The only thing that will get you a good cut is consistency and cardio. One day doesn't mean shit. It's how you do over a month/year.
