You're gonna snap your shit up doing that. At least make sure you wear a lifting belt. Try doing 5 situps a week if you only just started this routine. And get into the paleo diet (2 sticks of butter/day + 250g of dark chocolate and PB).

You are meant to do pull ups as well in order to get stronger bones and more sit ups. I recommend you do them on opens doors in your house.
