Has anyone got anymore advice like the number of pull ups I should do?
With your amount of reps i'd be surprized if you could do even one non- jumping assisted pullup.

Yup. Everyday is the key. Never skip your pull-up, and eat about 10 carbs. You'll be shredded in no time.
