There are many different programs used in powerlifting.
SS is a good program for beginners.

I mean, standard is work up to an RPE 9 for a set in the three to six range then do a 7-10% load drop. Plenty of variants rotated in.

My best guess would to be to do 5/3/1 alongside it, but googling it to see what others have done is a good idea too.
I personally don't do it at all but don't get me wrong my overhead pressing strength hasn't gotten any good from neglecting it.
I just don't care for it tho.

I don't know if that is sensible to recommend. What you could do is just do lateral raises every session and at the end of sheiko take a month where you focus on overhead press, recovery and rebah, before going back on sheiko.
They are written to be back to back I'm aware but when you start doing high load sheiko you'll appreciate the time off.
