go on PPL (push pull legs),lift weights at least 3 days a week,do cardio at least 2 days a week,rest at least 1 day a week,get at least 80g of protein a day as a minimum and you'll be ok.you obviously need to lose more than 15kg to get close to bruce mode.

Thanks, I keep mindful of my protein intake since I'm vegetarian so I'm hitting at least 100g. I'm excited to start PPL/weights. I went down one belt notch last week from running and my basic home workouts but it got me excited to push more. Thanks again bb
