Post Your Workout Routine

Every day I wake up and do the One Punch Man workout routine:

10 KM run (roughly 6.2 miles)
100 Push ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

Obviously because I dont want to cause muscle damage i do the push-ups sit-ups and squats in sets.

I've been doing this daily for 4 months now.

No access to a camera but i've gone down from 225 lbs to 185 lbs and i have a metric shitload more confidence because of the way i look. I used to be your average fatfuck but now there's actually hope that i'll have a six pack one day

Make sure you do rotator cuff pre-hab. Get a pull up bar for 15 bucks and incorporate them into your routine.

Nobody's even posting their workouts or talking about them.
I do a few pullups before and after each workout but i dont consider them part of my workout i only do a few to keep limber

OP might as well be doing barbell flies.

The one punch man workout is literally a joke in the show so it does need tweaking for real life application. Pull ups will give you a v taper and make you aesthetic.

My workout.

Morning
Full range of motion(relativel motion) squats till I feel some muscle pump or burn.
Full range of motion fingertip pushups till I feel a bit of burn
Full range of motion Chinups.

The amount of reps based on feel and what I need that morning.


Iron workout(which I rarely do)
Deadlifts 3x3-5
OHP 3x5-7
Bench 3x5-7
Thick towel chinups. 3x Till near failure
oft times twist my wrists. It hits my entire
upper back and forearms.
Unassisted Hanging leg lifts 3x Near Failure

3 minutes between each rep and set. Will sometimes go up to 5 minutes depending on how hard I pushed myself or if I'm able to put up more poundage.

Bodyweight strength workout
German split squats 3x6+
Glute Ham raise 3xNear failure
I have the fulcrum at an angle to where doing them is pretty damned tough.
Finger tip L Pushps. 3xNear Failure
One arm pushups 3xNear Failure
Thick towel twisting pull/chinups 3xNear Failure
Unassisted hanging leg lifts 3xNear Failure.

Thinking about doing one arm negatives since It's been going so good.
3-5 minutes between each set and workout. Depending on how I'm feeling.
I want to do perfect even controlled movements.

C
Full body Tabata workout
Fast squats
Fast pushups
Short bridges
Pike situps
Chinups

The above workout is one single circuit.
And all of the above are done till just past the point where lactic acid builds up
No rest between each exercise, 30 seconds of rest after each completed circuit.

Typical week is
Mon
A or B followed by 1-2 of C
Tue
3-5 circuits of C
1 if I'm being lazy or are tired or need to rest.
Wed
B followed by 1 or 2.
Thurs
is the same as tuesday
Fri
B or C
But I'll do one single set of each exercise in B
and 1-2 sets of C.


Depending on how my week goes or my energy levels. I'll change sets and rep range. Sometimes I swap in and out movements to keep things fresh and experiment.
I usually take a week off but do a maintenance workout at the beginning of the week.

you need to add pull-ups to your routine, just push ups arent enough for your upper body and it doesnt cover bi-ceps and back

If i didn't workout yet today will AWAKENING MY MASTERS now will have any impact on my afternoon workout ?
