A variation on the motivation theme- shit to mutter autistically to yourself to get that last rep

A buddy of mine in the Army had the retarded phrases that he'd keep shouting while we were doing PT. This guy was ottermode and 10/10 no homo.

Examples are:

Not a phrase but still motivation. When I'm running and getting tired, I look at my shadow, if its behind me, i chuckle a little bit, "can't keep up?" I think to myself. However, when my shadow is in front of me, I get annoyed that he's beating me. Makes me want to out run my shadow, call me a autismo but my shadow helps me push myself. But on cloudy or overcast days or even at night when my shadow is not there.. I can't help but feel like a Champ.
