1 month progress of PSMF and 1 1/2 month consistently lifting on a 5x weekly split at a shitty community gym.

Honestly check your diet immediately. When I was 170 as a 14 year old I didn't look like that (so therefor your test may be lower than a 14 year old)

How do you mean by checking my diet? I hit 150grams of protein daily from chicken and meats, and keep my fats high while carbs relatively low. I've eliminated all forms of dairy from my diet already.

4 months SS without a decent bulk or GOMAD, lackluster diet tbqh

I do a 4x4x8 variant of SS, with an increased amount of bench. I through on iso's afterwords just so I can get a pump, but that's just for fun. I've only been lifting under good routine for about a year, although I have many years of shitty form and infrequent gym visits.
