Take a fiber supplement to feel full. As long as you're getting sufficient protein and have enough excess fat to replace the carb intake, you should be fine.

1200 cal here, 500 under maintenance. Man up. I'm drinking five cups of coffee and doing forty minutes of cardio, which burns off 420 cal. Eat lots of salad and greens. Jizz makes a great sauce.

I'm cutting on about a 500-800 Cal defect. (~2700 to maintain), and I hit my protein goals.

I typically am able to be disciplined from Sunday-Friday, but when Saturday rolls around, my appetite is uncontrollable for whatever reason and I end up eating like 4000-5000 Cal.

What can I do tomorrow to murder the shit out of my appetite?
