Depends on how you train. If you start training powerlifting it could takes few months. If you stick to a bodybuilding program it may take you over a year. However, deadlifting 5 plates means nothing in the bodybuilding world.

I do a Fullbody routine 2x a week with Deadlifts as my first lift, is that okay?

at 2x a week its pretty easy to recover between workouts for 90-95% of your RM deadlifts, You have 3-4 days of no lifting to recover

When you work out 3 times or more it starts getting sketchy in my experience which is why I dropped a day

Try deadlifts as your first lift then rack pulls following it for day one, the deficits following it for day two and see how you feel. I train 4x/week for the big 3 so deadlifting 2x/week is a little scary to me

Eh I already blast my legs with deadlifts + squats so any more accessory work other than hip thrusts seems moot also 2x deadlifts arnt bad when you only go to the gym 2x week, actually very fun desu

I just started lifting 2 days ago for the first time in my life and my body still feels all stiff and it hurts like hell, especially traps and legs, I can barely walk, my legs literally starts trembling when going down or up stairs

Anyway the guide says to train every other day, should I push through the pain? should I go see the doc? or should I just skip anything related to the legs?

The best tip I can give you is to take the start slow so you don't BTFO yourself with soreness from the beginning, or just power through your lifts with the soreness if youre mentally tough. Squat/Deadlift with low weight if you can, remember its not a race, its a marathon, you don't need to go balls to the wall on the first month. After a month or so you'll no longer get sore.

Also stretch before and afterwards.

I got horrible DOMS practicing squats with just a mop handle when I was new. Your next warmup set will suck but it does go away when the muscle gets warm. I stopped getting it after a week or so, thank God.

3-4/10 ->7-8/10 or so, basically very below average to above average

Currently 5'9", 142 lbs, lifting for barely 3 weeks.

I currently can only do chinups for 5 reps if I have 55 lbs of assistance. Any estimate on how long it'll take for me to get to unassisted chinups? Have also thrown in negatives on my chinup days, but I don't really know if I should focus on just doing negatives more or keep doing assisted; atm I'm sticking with assisted because I feel like it's easier for me to gauge progress but I'm not entirely sure about this.

On phrak's gslp, aiming for 2500 kcal a day, might raise it up to 2800 if I'm not gaining weight/progressing at a decent rate.
