Properly retract scapula during bench

>Properly retract scapula during bench

Instantly add 25 pounds to my lift.

What is this magic?

Shoulder stability.

The magic that is good form

Where even abd what even is your scapula?

>practice autistic powerlifting bench form for a couple of weeks
>3 prs during the same day
>go from struggling with a 3rm to lol this is cardio 8 reps
Fucking magic I swear

Many people don't realize that bench is actually the most technically difficult lift of the big 3.

squat > (press) > bench > deadlift

did you mean "The Press™" ?

Well I have always struggled most with the bench. At my lifting peak (now I just run) I had a 150 kg squat, 170 kg DL and >lmao95kg bench

why did you stop? I'd be happy to maintain those numbers

Lifting was consuming all of my time and I was miserable because I had no time for anything else.

Well lifting and dieting and everything else that goes along with it I mean.
>tfw cutting and you have to bring tupperware with stale chicken and green beans with you everywhere you go.

>tfw bench is my highest lift

Post your numbers if you're gonna make a statement like that. It's not very impressive if bench is your highest lift but you only bench 50 kg.

125/215/0/0
Going for birdmode

It was 125/215/230/250 before I hurt my lumbar a month ago and even with proper form it hurts like a bitch

>215kg bench

wew lad

Burgerland units

had similar thing but i accidentaly activated leg drive

>benching babby 80kg
>third rep
>omg so heavy
>kind of push my feet into the ground harder
>8 easy reps
>mfw

i know that feel

>135 bench
>retract scapula
>leg drive
>do 185 for 5 easily
>mfw

can someone explain to me how to do this? I try and I just feel like Im not doing it right and struggle to bench 150 while the rest of my lifts are more appropriate for me having lifted almost a year now

How to properly leg drive? When i try my butt just lifts up so i try my best to keep my legs inactive

Yeah after getting leg drive and my arch down I jumped from 205 to 225 easy
>mfw
