Only one room with all the weights and cardio shit, one power rack and one squat rack, 2 smith machines, plenty of dumbbells, if there's no classes on there's a big vacant room next door you can run around in or take some weight if you want to do deadlifts if there's no room elsewhere

I experience this too with anytime. The only quiet hours are 11pm on a Saturday and 5am on a Sunday.

I go to anytime in 2037, it's right next to Syd Uni but it's not super bad. I don't usually have problems getting the equipment I need.

I go mon-wed-fri around 9pm. usually only 1 or 2 people in the room out the back. They have three racks all up plus two areas for deads.
