anyone?
stop the b8
it's absolute fucking garbage and you know it
why is it garbage?
completely arbitrary set and reps and it's a fucking split. all splits are shit unless you're juicing.
also where the fuck are the pullups and chinups
Ignore this faggot. Routine General
Orange days are days I work 6pm to 6am, 12h shifts. Green days are days off.
Current status under and goal stats below that, which is mostly from a calculator and symmetric strength.
Wondering what I can do on the blank work days above? Could develop some kind of bro-split to focus on chest and arms.
it specifically says dumbell routine.
how do you do pullups and chinups with dumbells, you retard
>i dont have access to barbells
Why? Are there no gyms where you live?
No, don't do a fucking body part split when you dont even know what a fucking fly is. Do a beginner routine and walk before you run. Focus on
1. Good form on main compound lifts
2. Proper diet with sufficient protein and minimal garbage
3. Consistency in workouts and diet
Once you have these three down, look up a routine that meets your goals. Likely you will end up sticking to your routine for about a year or so even after you have these down.
Oh yea, READ THE FUCKING STICKY
...
too much shit for a beginner
just do fullbody+accessories 3x a week
bench press 5x5
shoulder press 5x5
lunges3x 12
goblet squats 5x5
db rows 3x 12
hammer curls 3x 12
tricep pullovers 3x 12
my door frames are shit and would be destroyed by a pullup/chinup bar. i plan on doing them when i get access to a real gym, which won't be for another year.
walk up to literally any tree with branches, grab one, and start lifting.
>how to look severely autistic in public
but i dont want to look like a starting strength """"success story"""". seems everyone who starts with a split looks infinitely better than someone who starts with SS/SL/greyskull/etc.
never gonna make it. sell the dumbells and leave this board.
LOL OKAY
ill post some SS bodies
...
you're not gonna gain anything on a dumbbell split
You have no iDEA HOW TO USE MUSCLE MIND CONNECTION
you're just gonna waste your time doing alot of volume and get nowhere
Unless you're a athlete training for a specific sport
doing a split will do nothing for you
this guys legs
>muscle and mind connection
i think i have a good understanding of anatomy. ive dissected human cadavers.
i think you get the point.
It's fukken stupid user. Why make your own routine when you have to your availability the best routines from the best coches and you go and post shit like this.
READ THE FUKKEN STICKY
you are a literal fucking retard. please leave
if this isn't bait i dunno what to tell you bro
You shouldn't even be thinking about body part splits until you can:
Squat 1.5x bodyweight
Bench 1.25x bodyweight
Deadlift 2x bodyweight
(all 1 rep max)
Do 10 good form pullups
kek
You dont know what you're talking about and should kill yourself
You are a donkey. There are other beginner routines besides SS. Use this program picker if you are really that worried about muh 5x5
Was dicking around and reading the GSLP ebook.
It seems you deadlift 1 out of 3 times every week.
I was thinking I was being dumb and it would go abab but on week 2 it goes squat x2 and deadlift x1.
What's up with that?
I can hear her spine snapping in my mind, it is not a nice sound.
Is Allpro a good routine for someone that has never lifted before?
