Is rolling good HIIT cardio?

Veeky Forums I know it's a dumb question but I want to do HIIT cardio - but I've injured all 4 of my lims (both elbows & knees). Can I at least lay down and roll around fast, will that damage my joints?

No.

The HI in HIIT means "High Intensity"

Stop being a fucking idiot and do your rehab work.

rolling fast in 30 second intervals couldn't be HIIT?

I just need to be sure

does anyone have another opinion, friends? I really have to do something that elevates my heartrate, and rolling doesn't seem to effect elbow or knee joints

One of the better shitposts I've seen today OP. you can stay... for now.

I actually laughed, GJ

Have you tried shouting?

Benefits of shouting

> diaphragmatic breathing: works diaphragm and teaches you how to brace
> elevates BP and heart rate due to same mechanisms as Valsalva maneuver
> can be incrementally loaded (using decibels as metric)
> does not require limbs
> can be done anywhere, anytime
> can be done face down into a pillow if you are worried about being heard
> is metal as fuck if you are not worries as being heard

Try doing interval sets of shouting as loud as you can.

actually, I'm serious so please don't post w/o answering me.

Get a ball and do some ab shit. Jackknifes, do they put strain on the knees? You can't do bridges or planks, but you could do leg lift things that don't strain your knee (not bending it, brace holding it stable)? I don't know. Rolling shouldn't hurt you unless it hurts. I would think a workout move with less movement like some ab and/or core things you could do would be far more effective.

This is a good troll. Made me try to think creatively.

>roll around fast

hahahaha

I'm not trolling you.

I invite more posts like this, I didn't know ab/core workouts could be used for HIIT

ROLLING AROUND AT THE SPEED PF SOUND
