what routine
Pretty high volume routine based around squat, deadlift, bench and press. The main lift I progressively work up from 10 to 5 reps, the accessory lifts I preform 10-20 reps, lots of bodyweight exercises mixed in.
Receding 4x10

3x30 elevated push ups super-setting with incline flyes 3x15

4x15-20 dips super-setted with 4x15 face pulls

I seem to do a lot of drop sets on all my accessory lifts here.
