I throw a raw egg in my shake now and then but only when I drink it at home. The foam is amazing

Use pauesterized egg whites if you don't want salmonella. But at that point, it's cheaper to use whey protein. If you want cheap healthy fat, use PB.

I make my shake everyday and it tastes godlike.

The yolk of the eggs are fucking terrible for your cholesterol though. Don't put in the yolk and you get less calories and severely less cholesterol. Win/Win

I do 3 eggs in mine every night. Rich piana recommended a shake that was just eggs pb oats and a banana. I throw in spinach and creatine as well. Don't need whey. It tastes pretty good as long as u use 2 tbl spoons pb.

I posted that recipe.It's not bad. use extra virgin, bertolli. Olive oil can vary in taste wildly depending on what type you get.but I'm not shitposting, with everything else going on in that shake the olive oil is negligible at best.
