Depends on how lean the beef is. Fatty beef is not clean bulking since dietary fat is deposited as body fat, and saturated fat tends to be deposited as liver and visceral fat. Overfeeding should be in protein and carbs only

Phytic acid has a variety of health benefits and the effect of mineral chelation is not significant enough to actually cause nutritional deficiency unless diet is exceptionally imbalanced (especially since chelation is inhibited by simultaneous ingestion of vitamin C, as would be the case in any balanced vegan meal)

Oh and the premise is retarded anyway because wheat endosperm also contains a good amount of phytic acid, and bran is only 10% of weight in a whole-wheat product. In other words, there is not a lot more phytic acid in whole-wheat pasta than refined. And phytic acid is ubiquitous in almost all starches, so it's pretty transparent that anti-phytic-acid shilling is just another way for diabetic low-carbers to promote unhealthy garbage indirectly

I eat meat and I won't even argue against the over whelming evidence that vegans are healthier, age much better, and have little to no health problems as they get older. I just know from trying the diet that you make better gains eating meat. And that copy and pasted article is from an irrelevant source.

I feel breddy good with what I eat at the moment but I don't consider it to be a streamilned/perfect diet. I was pretty unhealthy till recently, always undereating and consuming way too much caffeine. My recent goals have been to eat enough to build muscle, and stop drinking way too much caffeine. Have achieved those, so I guess I am due for some new goals. Like I said I wasn't giving out advice, just commenting.
