i weigh 72kg and can do 6 reps/set dips with 20kg. I bench ~86 5x5

It hurts my shoulder so I don't bench. I was just wondering what my theoretical bench would be.

Zero or bar or whatever you tried lifting minus 10lbs. Your shoulders wouldn't handle higher weight, therefore you cannot bench higher weight because you are too weak.

40kg x5 at 82kg bw

Grip keeps slipping for normal deadlifts fml.

I do 30kg dips for sets of 8 and I can bench about 82.5 for 5 reps. But I think I'm good at dips relatively

I can dip 200 lbs multiple sets no problem, but can only bench (1 rep max) of maybe like 180 lbs so i usually stick to 150, while others can bench more than they can dip. There isn't a clear correlation even though they hit similar muscle groups.

Those dips include bodyweight btw.. lol could you imagine..

But I only bench 275 :) I'm just bad at benching desu
