Is volume important? All memes aside, can I still get gainz from moderate weight and high reps?

Volume is literally all that matters.

100 reps of 1# are the same as 1 rep of 100#

I'm exaggerating of course, but in general this is what you should keep in mind.

Read a book.

>100 reps of 1# are the same as 1 rep of 100#

im a personal trainer and i tried german volume training on my client.turns out 10x10 works great on him,and his knees dont hurt anymore.
im pretty sure different volumes work better for different persons but you could always try variations.

What's a good book besides the bible?

How to kill yourself in 3 easy sepukkus

I said it was an exaggeration. My premise is true. Keep falling for the 3x5 meme while I transcend ssj3

>3x5
>not 4x6-12 master race

>100 reps of 1# are the same as 1 rep of 100#

That's not an exaggeration it's just blatantly false. Yes, the mechanical work done is the same but your muscles aren't going to grow on fuck-all power output. Heavy weight and low reps are just as important as low-moderate weight and high reps, you need to do both.

this
switch it up, dont just do one or the other.
you need volume but you also need strength so you can make high volume stuff with decent weight

Omar Isuf did a video on this recently, check out his yt channel, 2nd or 3rd newest video. Higher volume > lower volume.

...

>i'm a pt
Kek

So you're basically saying to lift as heavy as possible for as little reps as possible for highest gainz?

sawce dude

Shit dude i do 4x6-12 too! 12-10-8-6 while raising the weight each set.

I never read about that exact scheme anywhere, it just felt natural and I kinda went along with it. It seriously is masterrace though

Several studies are, yes.
I prefer studies to anecdotal information from a goat-hair cardigan knitting circle

elle macpherson and kathy ireland, they were magazine models for sports illustrated (so very likely no porn or nudes desu)

>implying 12 yr old me didn't soak his socks to Kathy

Does anyone actually like this kind of underwear/bikini bottom?

The majority of people who've i've seen like this either
>grew up with that fashion
or
>romanticize that era because women were more house wifey/less stuck up and entitled

The tops are good, the bottoms are ugly as sin

That's pretty much Arnie's routine

>what is changing fashion
You do realize that manbun you're sporting is already gay af right?
