Nothing, because there's no progressive overload. If you try to increase those numbers every day, then you might see some results, but it won't be much compared to a structured barbell program. And what the fuck is a "curlup"?

dude, you need to lift hard with squats, and work on the lats and delts.
You can't get taller, but you can get wider easily enough.

You wont be making much progress until you get actual weights. I started off doing only pushups and made very slow progress. Once I started using a barbell, I made quick progress in the beginning.
