Why does this happen when flexing abs?
Why does this happen when flexing abs?
What abs?
because fat
Grab it and what you have in your hand is fat, it's time to start sport user
Not op but when doing this should I be lying on my back, standing, or what else?
Its fat. I have the exact same issue my friend
I know it's fat, just wanted to know if it was normal, because it looks so fucking gross.
I took that pic lying on my back
:(
I know what you mean i have the same while lying
Almost everyone had/have/will have that, either you train and lose that shit either you complain and keep it like that
How about a 1600 kcal deficit? Will it work?
yep
Will I die?
not until I give you my permission
do you feel in charge?
it can be extremely painful
nice FUPA mate.
>Why does this happen when flexing abs?
not to me, m9 lol
I am a big guy...
>what happens when you take off the mask?
it's because you developed ab muscles but still have too much bodyfat for the form of the musculature to be defined
looks like cancer op
not for long...
underrated post
you have weak inner core muscles, stop doing crunches and do the plank instead. and always focus on trying to suck your stomach in (like the vacuum pose). weak inner core muscles might later result in diastasis recti or hernia.
- Never let your stomach bulge out like that.
I have an ab roller, would that be as effective as planks?
Woah very interesting thank you.
Overrated post
Anybody?
sounds like a load of bullshit
They don't give a shit about us OP
What's your fantastical solution then?
>and always focus on trying to suck your stomach in
You mean while exercising or all the time? Does it make the muscles stronger or improve posture?
this man speaks truth.
never touch a heavy weight (300lb or more) without bracing your core.
T. guy who got a hernia setting up for a hip thrust like an idiot (just gotta slide the bar a little over to the left, surely there is to no need brace)
Not listening to stupid people's stupid shit like your last post is a start
I got it too. stomach bulges out and if I push my tummy up I can see my v line.
mostly while exercising, the more the better.
makes your TVA stronger (or at least have more strength endurance, if done without resistance)
improves posture greatly, especially if you have APT or lordotic tilt.
i recommend hanging stomach vacuums and vacuum pullovers
artemus dolgin has a good little 4 page tutorial on stomach vacuum exercises and implementation
there is zero detriment in strengthening your TVA.
my inguinal hernia speaks to potential detriment of a weak core.
>mostly while exercising
But also at all times, to a lesser extent?
I kinda noticed I never really let my stomach completely loose. If I completely slouch over while standing and let everything loose, it bulges out. But as I stand normally I keep it a little tense. Anyone else noticed the same?
Btw thanks for replying.
It looks gross because it is gross.
Stop eating so much and start moving.
An ab roller is much more effective than planks. If you aren't strong and scant use it correctly start with planks though.
You call those abs?
What about weighted crunches?
Crunches are inferior to planks/ab roller
Avoid them
>Im ignorant so he must be wrong
Why? I use a towel under my back.
If you already have weak TVA muscles weighted crunches will make your stomach bulge out. Assuming you have weak tva and weakened linea alba crunches will make it worse.
Do excersises that engage the whole core and not just the outer abs
Do planks strengthen tva muscles?
More than crunches?
