I do both, execpt when I change the dumbell bench press to the barbell.

I do these, cable flys, and the regular fly machine on my chest day

nothing to discuss, core exercise for pecs, more important then meme bench press

i really don't get the obsession with pecs. is it because you can see them in the mirror. your back is a lot more important function-wise and even for aesthetics. a wide and thick back with average flat pecs look a million time more powerful and masculine than fucking average narrow shoulders and droopy tits with a pump.

i felt the same as you when i started lifting roughly 5 months in and i would despise barbell, but now i love barbell and still do dumbell on occasion, youll realize soon
