What's the quickest way to strengthen my core for stabilisation in the squat and deadlift?

I'm really good at ab wheel (can do 30 reps and standing reps) but my bracing is still weak.

Planks seem hard to progress, it's more of a mental effort than a physical one. Holding a long plank isn't enjoyable and I don't see myself keeping up with doing it.

What are my options? I'm trying to get strong at bracing as my lower back is broken.

The durability of that buckle made out of an unknown aluminium alloy concerns me, especially given how thin it actually is.

A regular buckle belt is still quite easy to adjust and get up plenty tight, and they're made from decent steel and real hard to fuck up. They're also not ridiculously huge for not reason.

the rep amount varies depending how i feel
