sautee it in a tiny bit of olive oil with some s&p and it's delicious

No breakfast, small lunch, good dinner. I'm very rarely hungry and have gotten used to lifting on an empty stomach. I supplement cardio too but IF saves me plenty of heartache

Willpower and distraction, just push through that shit and focus on end game.

Mixed nuts. By peanuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and mix in a massive bag. Throw in a whey scoop for measurement. One scoop should hold you off for an hour. Great for cuts.
