I change routines quite often but seen most mass gains while on little modified by myself PPL
Day1: Chest, Tris, Shoulders(Hyperthrophy)
Day2: Back, Biceps (Strength)
Day3: Legs (Hyperthrophy) (Sometimes do abs on leg day, but pretty rarely
Day4: Chest, Tris, Shoulders(Strength)
