Lose will to live

Your diet and routine both suck. Never gonna make it

you really shouldn't be losing strength, you're doing something wrong

Are you eating 1.5g of protein per lb bodyweight per day while cutting?

yes

>1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight
When will this meme STOP

>doesn't know my diet
>doesn't know my routine
>judges

is this how you make yourself feel better about yourself?

Your abs were literally a six pack of fat

you're a piece of shit

You're a peice of shit and if someone ate you they would get gyno

kys

I guess you're bodies just fucked mane. Kys

>been cutting for a few months
>actually GAINED strength
I've plateaued in squats but my bench and OHP has gone up
Feels good being genetically gifted

>You mean it feels good only being half a year into lifting

What the fuck is this picture?

2 years, but I'm dreading when the natty limit hits

Those toes bug me

A gay pedophile taking a bath with a severely underweight Nigerian boy

>Tfw no cuddly bitch to bathe with while she licks my face

Why did that pic make me lose me sleep

Lol holy shit

Same user. I've lost 15 lbs in 2 months but still fat AF and not sure how much muscle I'm losing. Lifts haven't really dropped but they are stallong like a mofo

how can you keep strength if you are literally cutting carbs out? (supposing you're adjusting your macros well enough)

>high deficit = rapid abismal strength loss
>low deficit = cut takes forever

ffs

Bulking and cutting is shit. It doesn't work. You lose lean muscle when cutting.

All villians are lemons.

Dog

>be on test
>start cut
>get shredded
>start bulk
>still lean and gaining strength like a madman.

Kek

This is why I am going to lean out and eat at ~maintenance as I go forward.

Made it a little beyond 1/2/3/4 for reps, now I want to get from 180 lbs to a lean 171-174 lbs and progress from there. Hopefully I don't lose that much strength. I think dropping the weight will be good for my vertical/speed.
