I am cutting since the beginning of the year. Lost 25 kg since then and eat a banana and an apple daily and sometimes I add berries or melons.
They are tasty and such a good thing to statisfy your sweet thooth with.
Don't be scared of the sugar. Your body needs sugar to be healthy but as everything in moderation.
