IF masterrace

i'll eat after class and my interview, around 3:00pm and lift around 5:00pm-5:30pm.

i stopped tracking over the summer and let myself go, got strong and fat/big though.

all the meals I'm going to have today

fuck knows lol

Protein shake for breakfast.
had about 200g of turkey breast and a bunch of sundried tomatoes for lunch.
Couple of apples and bananas for snack.
Bowl of 0% fage for a snack.

Probably like 1000 calories so far.
Don't really count them because I'm dropping fat like a mad man and cruising on test so muscle isn't going anywhere.

I want low-carb fags to leave.

ass

French toast

Fucking love fage why does it have to be so expensive? It's £4 for a 1 kg tub but man it's so much thicker than the cheaper Greek yogurt. The texture blows me away.

Am I a faggot for using S Health?

You're a faggot for eating 60% carbs

So far.

I only count calories and don't tend to assess my carbs and protein individually most of the time.

>Breakfast

3 chicken fillets (200kcal each)

>post training (chest and legs)

2 scoop protein shake W/water (150kcal per scoop)

>Pre-Running

Pasta w/onion & chive sauce (320 kcal)

>Post-Run

4 lean chicken fillets (96kcal each)

So on about 1600/1700kcal today, I don't usually eat this much chicken but the fillets im having for dinner were made by a friend and need to be eaten tonight, for those interested my run was 2 miles, half mile jog followed by half mile sprint X2.

Do macro ratios really matter as long as I'm getting enough protein?
