Gym has been playing shit music for 2 years, the same fucking eurotrash techno songs on repeat. Yesterday it changed to Kendrick out of nowhere, was fucking awesome after listening to utter shit for so long.

I tried this for a while but decided it hurt my focus. I found it hard to push those final reps without losing track of what's going on in the book and I'm too autistic to tolerate that. I'm one of those people who rewinds a movie if I missed a single word of dialogue.

I don't listen to the same music at the gym that I do elsewhere. I like chillout, ambient, some light pop music (not the top40 kind), even country western but at the gym those don't work for the mind state I'm trying to achieve.
