yea i thought it was initially the zinc, but realizing i only got the symptoms as soon as i used the rogain, and i found 100+ men talking about getting exact same side effects from using rogain. the zinc wouldve played a role in this forsure, however i have balanced my zinc/copper levels, so i should be fine if it was only the zinc/copper.

The 'recommended' dose for me is ~11mg, I take 20mg currently, and gonna up it again to 25mg in a week. The first time I took it, and whenever I up my dose I feel a lil queesy that day, a lot of people compare the feeling to the flu (people who have never had the flu).
