Thx for the motivational pics. I'm finally able to get back into the gym after fixing my pulled hamstring nonsense.

im talkin about the 8 hours window time for eating and i'm trying to cut.

thats unnecessary. its all about total calories. just cut the carbs and fat and up the protein and fiber. add a bit slow cardio and ur golden

I havent fully calculated my macors yet (going to do it today after gym) but for a 6'4" ~215 lbs ~25% BF, if you can estimate, how much would you say I should cut back on the carbs/fats vs. uping the protein?

this calculator been accurate for me for years
i use the basal metabolic rate calories when im cutting. or 200 calories more if im strugglin. give or take u know. i would only consume lean proteins and green vegetables and whatever fat that comes along with it for cutting. eat more protein and less vegies till u satisfied till u ht your macros.

Ive been using this to calc my BF%

then using these equations:
a. BMR = 370 + (21.6 x LBM)
b. LBM = [Total Weight (kg) x (100 – body fat %)]/100

From there I multiply by 1.2-2.2 depending on average daily activity factor

then, for cutting, minus 10%-20% of total daily cals

lastly, for macros I use these:
Protein = 1-2g per kg of body weight
Fats = 1-2g per kg of LEAN body weight
Carbs = (Total cal needs – [(protein grams above x 4) + (fat grams above x 9)])/4

I will cut till i am roughly 9% BF (minimum of 7.5%), maintain for 2 weeks ( due to fat storages freaking out), and then bulk to 15%.

Rinse and repeat

I will also do my normal supplement routine but since I have been out of the gym for so damn long, Im going to do it in small weekly increments till I am eventually back to my normal routine. For some reason when I go from not taking any supps to doing my WHOLE routine, I get easily sick/nausea
