Basically get rid of eating anything else for a while while you lose fat

You will also have to exercise daily now. Start with body weight exercises, such as:
Push-ups
Sit-ups and ab work
Calf raises
Arm raises
Running and jogging
Burpees

Once you have maxed out body weight routines, move into the gym and go to Veeky Forums instead of /pol/. Everyone here is an idiot anyway.

At first you will lose weight pretty fast, but you should level out eventually to about a pound a week. For faster weight loss results though, go temporarily vegan, I lost about 60-100 pounds in about 4 months that way. Good luck and God speed user.

Try the Ducan Diet, but make sure you exercise. You will feel like shit but drop a ton of weight in a month. Then if you come off it you will put the weight back on again but surprise! you are working out all the time so you will put on muscle instead (assuming you don't eat a load of sweeties or something)

I've lost almost 100 pounds over the past couple of years. This is what I did:

>track calories (have a caloric deficit)
>high protein, low carb diet
>plenty of water
>worked out fasted in the morning (empty stomach) and had coffee beforehand for energy
>allow one weekend day to eat whatever the fuck I want
