I don't eat in the morning.

Overnight oats. this time around I made it with carrots, some cinnamon, whey protein, a little vanilla greek yogurt and some stevia. Top it with a little more greek yogurt in the morning and you got carrot cake oats.

Some sort of high fiber cereal and greek yogurt with black coffee. Maybe a mango or banana.

I have a packet of instant oats every morning and add:
>1 table spoon of natural peanut butter
>Handful of cranberries
>Handful of dates
>Handful of sunflower seeds

Mix that shit up and it tastes fkn good.

4am: porridge
6am: protein shake
10am: fruit

As soon as I wake up I drink 1L of water, then less than an hour later for breakfast I make a smoothie of:
4 bananas
3 cups of mixed berries
8 medjool dates
2 tbs of peanut butter powder
250g of spinach
650ml of soy milk.

Note: the bananas and pb hide the spinach completely; it tastes fucking amazing.

Homemade chicken quesadilla with almond cheese and whole wheat tortilla. Usually I'll add garlic or buffalo seasoning or the lightest portion of some sauce for flavor. Will usually follow up with a protein bar or Siggi's yogurt or something.

A coworker of mine used to sell it and had a bunch in his office. He quit one day and never claimed it, so I took all that shit. I got like 6 cases of the meal replacement.
