Up from 76kg to 94kg at 6'. About 2 years between the photos, current lifts are 185/125/220. Plan to stay a similar weight and hopefully lean out, need to stay current weight for sport.

5 months, 130lbs to 143lbs

Inb4 "it took you 5 months to change the lighting", the before picture had similarly decent lighting and I was flexing as hard as I could.

how did you get more lean when you bulked up?

a good chest is hard to gain for some people, try these things:
-if u are flat barbell benchpressing, switch to flat dumbbell and do incline with barbell
-make sure your form is actually good

People would get mad if I claimed I gained 13lbs of muscle in 5 months, but I don't know, it is a mystery.

At one point in the 5 months I hit 150lbs (probably a lot of water weight and shit in me). At this point I'm pretty consistently between 142-145lbs depending on how much food/water is in me.

Thanks, I only do 2 chest exercises.

- Dumbell chest press on floor/bed (so I can't get full range of motion, gonna buy a bench soon)
- Body-weight dips

Probably just a lack of good chest exercises and genetics. I see blacks who have big pecs but don't even workout.

Here's me like 2 and a half years ago, I was 165 lbs at my heaviest. I got down to 115 lbs but I wasn't lifting or anything

heres me currently. at around 120 lbs now. I ended up gaining back 5lbs but I'm bulking right now anyway so I'm not worried.
