Alternatively, slowly/steadily gain some weight, bench more often, with more volume, and possibly as slightly higher intensities than you're used to. Number one, two, and three though really are technique, technique, and technique. Check the insta/yt's for IPF powerlifters (Haack, Gibbs, Tuchscherer, Lutz, George Seeger, etc) and do what they do. Arch, pinch your shoulder blades together, and don't let your arch collapse or your back come apart.
