Lifting feels

>2 days off work
>do not leave apartment for two days
>drink day and night
>36 beers later it's time for work again
>no calls, no texts, no human interaction

At least I have my gains and some money, how are you guys?

I did the same thing last week but don't even have a gym membership

No gains, money or friends
Not too bad desu

Sometimes you have to be the first one to text, fag. Also wtf, go to the gym or something

This is the second time I've seen this pic posted. Back story?

>hey user, long time no see, you really got buff!

Pretty Ok, it's just about my one year anniversary as a Veeky Forumsizen and I'm pretty happy with the results

>Down 90lbs
>Better mental and physical health
>Employed after NEEThood
>Improved social interactions and sex

Now that I've "made it" I'm still not satisfied but oh well. I have the day off today which I hate because work feels fun compared to NEETdom.

How long were you a neet for? I was a neet for 3 years and just got a job a couple months ago. Are you finding it hard to fit in with colleagues and socialise? I think my years as a neet have socially stunted me in a way, I'm paranoid all my social mistakes and aspie behaviour are making me "that guy" in work.

>36 beers later

You need to quit that shit man, alcohol is literally the easiest addiction to break. Make 7 days and you'll barely have cravings anymore

I was NEET for about 2 years, and ya it was tough getting back into work especially since my work is sales and customer service. It really has been sink or swim but I made it through my first 3 months probation OK. What worked for me is to practice smiling at people until it felt comfortable (I walked around downtown making eye contact with strangers and smiling until I started getting smiles back, weird but it worked). When I'm at work I just give my coworkers a smile and greet them by name and maybe a few lines of small talk then get straight to work.

>barely have cravings to leave sobriety anymore
ok

Alcohol is way harder to quit for me than anything else. I dropped a pack a day smoking habit in a month but I always come back to booze.

Went fishing

I didn't drink for 10 weeks, just started again a couple weeks ago. It's far too good a tool to use for blocking out reality and making life and job bareable.

That's what I do, walk in, say "Hi (name)" ask how are you ect, ask what's on today if anything and then get to work.

Well maybe I'm an autist, but I don't think you really need to do anything more than that, you are there to work after all not chit-chat. As long as you seem friendly they shouldn't dislike you, my coworkers ask me out to hang out with them outside of work all the time.

idk after I work out I dont wanna drink to kill my progess. I used to be a vodka chugger.

I heard whiskey is the most Veeky Forums alcoholic beverage, don't know how much truth there is to that.

Lol, I mostly just do cardio these days, and got all the info I needed from here.

Damn man, right in the feels.

Damn, I'm waiting for tomorow so badly so I can get drunk.

What you drinking friend?

>just started test/tren cycle
>second week in typhoid mary from work gets me sick
>tried to lift while sick, made it worse
>sick for a week, still dosing and trying to meet my caloritic intake
>tfw basically a week of dosing down the drain because unable to go workout

plz no bully by natties

Dosages? I blasted and cruised for over a year before

I have never in my life drank alcohol when i was alone.
And thats comming from a guy that goes out to party twice a week.

I can't even imagine what good comes from being drunk alone. At least when you're out alcohol makes you less shy and more open to crazy stuff.

When youre alone at home what is the point? To forget about "feels" ?

I get drunk alone a few times a week, it's great to watch some TV whilst drunk, everything is funnier and mpre entertaining. Even better is listening to some music, the high you get is great. I'm drunk alone now and start work in 4 hours.
