I'm not sure what to suggest. You could try cocoa butter or similar products but that is slow. I had acne scars that I got removed by a fraxel laser (but it was expensive, ~£800, ~$1000 per treatment) but that was just to resurface my skin. Not sure if that would get rid of stretch marks.

I guess I'd just say own it and be confident - people who care about stretch marks are not worth your time.
