this is what you get if you train only strength and have 15 or so bf%. strength training is great, but diversity is your best friend to gain size, and you should also incorporate higher rep schemes and even some cardio into your routine to look as good as possible. that being said, theres nothing wrong with focusing on strength for a few months as a beginner
